Square Yards ties up with RBI Innovation Hub to offer property data services via ULI

NEW DELHI: Square Yards, a real estate platform, has partnered with the Reserve Bank Innovation Hub (RBIH), a subsidiary of the Reserve Bank of India, to provide digital property valuation and title search services through the Unified Lending Interface (ULI).

The company said it has digitized over 100 million property registration records, creating a large structured database of real estate transactions across multiple states.

Under the agreement, it will offer e-valuation and title search services to financial institutions through the ULI platform, which is being developed to streamline digital lending processes.

The platform aggregates data from property registration records, listings, regulatory filings, and government benchmarks such as circle rates. It currently covers key states including Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, and Kerala.

The digitized database includes details such as property identifiers, transaction values, ownership records, and registration timelines, enabling lenders to assess property values and ownership history.
