Gurugram's real estate trajectory has consistently been infrastructure-led. Whether it is the Golf Course Road or New Gurugram, connectivity has always come before appreciation in price. The next turning point is the construction of the Dwarka Expressway, made even more evident by the planned 4.20-km signal-free elevated expressway on the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), linking Vatika Chowk to NH-48. Given the reduced travel time from 45 minutes to 15 minutes, which will be facilitated by bypassing traffic bottlenecks, such as Rajiv Chowk and Subhash Chowk, all sectors along the Dwarka Expressway will benefit greatly.
