Signature Global to Invest ₹2,900 Crore in Gurugram Branded Homes

The upcoming project, named Tonino Lamborghini Residences Gurugram, will be located in Sector 71, Gurugram, and will span around 12.4 acres. It is planned to include 812 luxury apartments, offering a blend of global design standards and modern urban living.

This collaboration marks Tonino Lamborghini’s entry into India’s residential real estate market, bringing its signature design aesthetics and luxury branding into the housing segment. Signature Global will handle development, construction, and sales, while the Italian brand will contribute to design and branding elements.

The company stated that the project will be developed under a licensing agreement, which includes a fixed fee payable in installments, along with an additional fee linked to revenue performance.

Signature Global aims to strengthen its presence in the premium housing segment through this project, targeting affluent homebuyers seeking branded luxury residences. The development is also expected to benefit from Gurugram’s growing demand for high-end housing and well-connected infrastructure.

As per company data, Signature Global has delivered over 16.5 million sq. ft. of real estate so far and recorded sales exceeding ₹8,200 crore in the last fiscal year, highlighting its strong growth trajectory in the NCR market.

Industry experts note that branded residences are emerging as a fast-growing segment in India, allowing developers to command premium pricing while offering differentiated lifestyle experiences.
